Quality of Care, Patient Safety and ensuring not just that the minimum standards in healthcare delivery are met but also that we can go beyond them and set higher standards through employing Evidence-Based-Medicine requires updated knowledge and understanding of what is working, where and how. This is where UpToDate resource from Wolters Kluwer is so essential in keeping all healthcare professionals abreast with the recent advances and literature evidence, thus, guiding them to manage patients and situations in a manner that can improve outcomes and ensure safe, efficient and timely management. We are pleased to have introduced access to this valuable resource to our healthcare providers at the Lady Reading Hospital-MTI, Peshawar through KupGrade. We believe that this would have a positive impact on patient care being provided here and will result in a domino effect, triggering more and more health professionals and healthcare delivery units to employ Evidence-Based-Practice embedded in recent advances for the improved management of their patients.
